Each student I tutor receives instruction tailored to their needs with unique materials targeting their weaknesses rather than a generic curriculum like a Sylvan program. I spend hours outside of the tutoring session finding specific materials for each student’s needs to supplement their homework and school materials.
I have been teaching for over 12 years, I am certified, I have experience working with children and adults with and without disorders, and I have proven results helping students increase their understanding of math, their long-term memory of math facts, and their standardized test scores!

What do I love most about teaching?
There are many reasons I decided to be a teacher. I love helping kids including changing their perception of math. I love watching them grow and persevere during hard and challenging concepts. But, my absolute favorite thing about teaching is seeing a student’s eyes light up when they finally get something in math! I can literally see the light bulb go off in their brain and it fills me with abundant joy!!
